3. Open Session
3.1. To note report received from Ward Cllr Carole Gandy
3.2. To receive views of residents on parish matters
3.3. To receive reports from Working Groups (not relating to items on tonight’s Agenda).
3.4. To receive updates from Councillors

4. Minutes. To approve minutes of the scheduled meeting 11 October 2021.

5. Finance
5.1. To confirm availability of Grants from the Parish Council and note that no applications have been received.
5.2. To note balances and approve payments as in Appendix 1.

6. Working Groups. To consider recommendations and agree further action:
6.1. To note Cllr Gwen Fraser will lead Finance Group and Cllr John Williams will lead Closed Churchyard Group.
6.2. Bury Lane Playing Field.
6.2.1. Date of monthly inspection of play equipment.
6.2.2. To consider quotations for new play equipment / picnic tables.
6.3. Tree Warden.
6.3.1. Maintenance of Cherry Trees in the Community Field.
6.3.2. Removal of fallen limb from Tree 6, small leaved Lime to the North of St James’ Church
6.4. Finance. Budget for 2022/23 – Second draft.

7. Streetlights. Standing item until completed.
To consider any action required to further arrangements for transferring responsibility of 10 streetlights from Wigmore Group Parish Council to Herefordshire Council.

8. Information items, correspondence & training. To note and action, as necessary.

9. To raise matters for next scheduled meeting: Monday 13 December 2021.
